Do you want to spice up your life? Here’s a great deal for you. Grab some veal, lemon juice, tomato puree, paprika, low-fat yogurt, salt and black pepper. Then follow the instructions and let your cook instincts guide you to make this spicy veal paprika.

Preparation Method :

  • Put the veal fillets on the rack of a grill pan.
  • Cook under a fairly hot grill for about 5 minutes on each side, spooning over lemon juice to prevent burning.
  • Mix together the tomato puree, paprika and remaining lemon juice and heat gently.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the yogurt and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put the fillets of veal on to a heated serving plate and pour the sauce over.
  • Serve hot.


  • 250 grams pieces fillet of veal
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 6 teaspoons paprika
  • 500 ml plain low-fat yogurt
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
