VEAL SHANK WITH ENDIVES

Your day will surely be completed if you prepare the delectable recipe, Veal Shank with Endives. This is made of nutritional ingredient such as onion, garlic, celery, vinegar, pepper, veal shank, and salt. This dish can easy to prepare and can serve for about four people.

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in your pressure cooker and brown the sliced veal shank on all sides for 15 minutes.
  • Add the sliced onion and finely diced carrot.
  • Season with salt and pepper and add the celery stick chopped finely, the garlic and the thyme. Add the vinegar and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Arrange the endives around the veal shank. Cover and cook for15 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing.
  • Arrange the meat on a hot platter with the endives around it and pour over the cooking juices.

  • 1.6 kg with the bone 1 veal shank weighing 
  • 1 onion 
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery stick 
  • 1 clove garlic 
  • Thyme
  • 1 kg endives 
  • 100 ml cooking oil 
  • 50 ml vinegar 
  • Salt
  • Pepper
