WIENER SCHNITZEL

This dish can prepare in family reunions. It’s good to serves an awesome dish for them to remember that very special day. Wiener schnitzel needs only a few ingredients in affordable price, try it and you will like it to cook in every family bonding.

20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the veal between sheets of greaseproof (waxed) paper and beat with a rolling pin until very thin. If the escalopes (cutlets) are large, cut in two.
  • Coat with seasoned flour, dip in beaten egg and then in crumbs, firming them on with the flat of hand. Chill the veal for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, and then add the butter and heat until the foam subsides.
  • Fry the veal briskly in the pan for 3 or 4 minutes until the undersides are golden, then turn and cook the other sides.
  • Remove the veal from the pan and drain. Arrange veal in a hot serving dish and garnish with the chopped white and sieved yolk of a hard-boiled (hard-cooked) egg and a rolled anchovy fillet.
  • Pile on to the rice to serve. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams thin veal escalopes
  • 4 tablespoons plain flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 50 grams dry breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 hard-boiled egg
  • 4 anchovy fillets
