DUTCH POTATO AND GOUDA CASSEROLE WITH TOMATOES

Dutch Potato and Gouda Casserole with Tomatoes are sincerely prepared to reach your level of satisfaction! If you also want, you can solely prepare for this dish at home! It’s truly one of the best dishes you can’t ever resist!

Preparation Method :

  • Fill the greased 6 cups dish with alternate layers of potatoes, tomatoes, onion, parsley, half of the cheese, sprinkle with salt and pepper between the layers.
  • Mix the cornflour smoothly with cold milk, then gradually whisk in hot water or stock. Pour down the side of the dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese and paprika on top. Cover and heat through on Full for 15 minutes.
  • Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams cooked potatoes, thickly sliced
  • 3 large tomatoes, blanched, skinned and thinly sliced
  • 1 large red onion, coarsely grated
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 150 grams Gouda cheese, grated
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons cold milk
  • 150 ml hot water or vegetable stock
  • Paprika
