POTATO AND TURKEY LIVER STUFFING

The floury potatoes, butter, chopped bacon, mixed herbs and other delectable seasonings made up a perfect microwave recipe and that is the potato and turkey liver stuffing. If you want to prepare this delectable and perfect recipe, then simply prepare its numerous ingredients.
Makes :
750 Grams

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cook the potatoes, using only 50 ml water. Drain and mash.
  • Put the butter or margarine in a 6 cups dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the onion and bacon. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, stirring twice.
  • Mix in all the remaining ingredients with the potatoes, seasoning to taste. Use when cold.

INGREDIENTS

For poultry

  • 500 grams floury potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger  
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 rashers streaky bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and fleshly ground black pepper
