Preparation Method :

  • Snip the jelly into four individual cubes with kitchen scissors dipped in and out of cold water. Put into a measuring jug and make upto 75 ml with cold water.
  • Heat, uncovered, on Defrost for about 3 minutes or until the jelly melts. Stir until clear. Chill until cold and set round the edge.
  • Transfer the diced fruit to a dessert dish and coat with the liquid jelly. Chill until set before eating.


  • 4 cubes any flavour jelly (jello)
  • 1 apricot, peeled and flesh diced
