In order you enjoy your dinner with your family, you have to prepare the Middle Eastern Lamb with Fruit recipe. This dish is composed of highly nutritional ingredients such as lamb, cloves, lemon juice, onion, toasted pine nuts, and flaked almonds.

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the lamb into small cubes. Place in a Dutch oven.
  • Add in the spices, sugar, onion and lemon juice and to the dish.
  • Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 5 minutes, then allow to stand for 3 minutes.
  • Repeat the process for 3 - 4 times, stirring well each time. Mix together the cornflour and water to make a smooth paste.
  • Drain the liquid from the lamb and add the corn-flour mixture and salt. Pour over the lamb and stir well to mix.
  • Cook, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes. Stir in the peach slices and cook, uncovered, on Full for a further 2 minutes. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and almonds, serve hot.


  • 750 grams boned lamb
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons light soft brown sugar
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour (cornstarch)
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • Salt to taste
  • 400 grams large can peach slices in natural
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons flaked almonds
