Celeriac Salad with Bacon is such a tempting and delectable dish that you can’t ever forget! It’s sprinkled with a lot of ingredients; mustard, sugar, bacon, cider vinegar, lemon juice, celeriac, oil and ground black pepper! It’s surely made to fulfill your satisfaction as well!

Preparation Method :

  • Place in a 7 cup dish. Add the boiling water, salt and lemon juice.
  • Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 12 minutes, turning the dish 4 times or until tender.
  • Drain thoroughly and beat together all the remaining ingredients.
  • Add to the hot celeriac and toss thoroughly. Cover and allow to cool.


  • 750 grams celeriac, Rinsed, peeled and cut each into small cubes
  • 75 ml boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon made mustard
  • 4 rashers bacon, crisply grilled and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper and Salt to taste
