Chinese noodle and mushroom salad with walnuts – an excellent recipe for all! If you are longing to have a perfect menu, then start preparing this recipe and amaze your friends on your new food craves. With its walnuts, this recipe appears more tempting and delicious.

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil, uncovered, on Defrost for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms. Cover and cook on Full for 4 minutes, stirring twice. Set aside.
  • Put the noodles in a large bowl and add enough boiling water above the level of the pasta. Stir in the salt.
  • Cook, uncovered, on Full for 5 minutes until the noodles swell and are just tender.
  • Drain and allow to cool. Mix in the remaining ingredients including the mushrooms and toss well to mix.


  • 150 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 250 grams thread egg noodles
  • 75 grams chopped walnuts
  • 5 scallions,chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
