Continental Celeriac Salad is such a delicious and wonderful dish you can’t ever forget! It is simply because it’s made with pure and fresh ingredients like lemon juice, caster sugar, oil, ground black pepper, celeriac! It can appease to your taste and for sure you would want more of it!
Serves :

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place in a 7 cup dish. Add the boiling water, salt and lemon juice.
  • Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 12 minutes, turning the dish 4 times or until tender.
  • Drain thoroughly and beat together all the remaining ingredients.
  • Add to the hot celeriac and toss thoroughly. Cover and allow to cool.


  • 750 grams celeriac , Rinsed, peeled and cut each into small cubes
  • 75 ml boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon made mustard
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper and Salt to taste
