Kohlrabi Salad with Mustardy Mayonnaise is such a tempting dish because you really can’t take your eyes off it! If you want to taste it, you can therefore be amazed as it’s such a special dish to consider over a dinner! Feel great because it’s such a delicious and tempting dish!
Serves :

15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the kohlrabi in a 7 cup dish with the water, salt and lemon juice.
  • Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 10 minutes, turning the dish 2 times, until tender.
  • Drain and slice and put in a mixing bowl. Mix together with the mayonnaise and mustard and toss until the pieces are thoroughly coated.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with the radish slices.


  • 100 ml thick mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
  • 1 kg kohlrabi, Rinsed, peeled and cut each into 9 pieces
  • 75 ml boiling water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Sliced radishes, to garnish
