Leafy Salad with Goat’s Cheese and Warm Dressing is such a delightful dish that you can surely be satisfied! It has so many ingredients like lettuce leaves, cress, rocket leaves, goat’s cheeses, grapeseed oil, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, caster sugar and salt!
Serves :

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Trim, wash and dry the cress. Wash and drain the rocket.
  • Arrange on four individual plates and place a cheese in the centre of each.
  • Place all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and heat, uncovered, on Defrost for 3 minutes.
  • Stir to mix, then spoon over each salad.


  • 12 small round lettuce leaves
  • 1 box cress
  • 20 rocket leaves
  • 4 individual goat's cheeses
  • 100 ml grapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut oil
  • 2 teaspoons orange flower water
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 50 ml rice or cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons caster (superfine) sugar
  • Salt to taste
