Turkish Bean Salad is a scrumptious dish that you can cook at hand! It has its flavorful ingredients that can ultimately bring you on your level of satisfaction! You may want to try this dish as well as the whole family! No doubt once you prepare for it at the microwave!

Preparation Method :

  • Put the oil, onions and garlic into a 8 cup dish and cook, uncovered, on Full for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
  • Mix in the tomato, green pepper, sugar, water and salt. Two-thirds cover with a plate and cook on Full for 7 minutes, stirring twice.
  • Allow to cool completely, then cover and chill for several hours. Stir in the dill and beans.
  • Cover again and chill for a further hour.


  • 75 ml Cooking oil
  • 2 onions, finely grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 large ripe tomato, blanched, skinned, seeded and chopped
  • 1 green (bell) pepper, seeded and very finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons caster (superfine) sugar
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill (dill weed)
  • 400 grams can haricot beans, drained
