Preparation Method :

  • Put the butter in a 7 cups dish with the sugar and milk. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 10 minutes, stirring twice.
  • Mix in the marshmallows and cook, uncovered, on Full for 1 minute. Stir round .
  • Stir in the icing sugar with a wooden spoon, then add the ginger with nuts. Spread into a buttered 4 cup dish.
  • When cold, cover and chill for 2 - 3 hours until set. Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container.


  • 50 grams butter
  • 50 grams light soft brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 100 grams marshmallows
  • 100 grams icing sugar, sifted
  • 50 grams chopped nuts
  • 50 grams preserved ginger, chopped
