Preparation Method :

  • Break up the chocolate and place in a mixing bowl. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for about 5 minutes. Stir twice.
  • Then mix in the nuts with grated orange peel and drop 24 heaped teaspoonfuls of the mixture on to baking trays lined with waxed paper. Chill until hard.
  • Lift off the paper and store in the refrigerator.


  • 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 500 grams plain chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 150 grams coarsely chopped walnuts, lightly toaste
