Try something new and exotic- Noodles Tossed with Meat and Vegetables can be tried as something that is different! Place all the necessary ingredients that are needed to prepare for this dish like carrots, celery stalks, cucumber, chilies, garlic and many more!
Serves :

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the carrots, celery and cucumber into match- stick lengths. Slice the chilies and garlic thinly.
  • Heat the oil in a wok or deep frying pan, add the chilies and garlic and fry quickly for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the pork and cook for 2 minutes. Increase the heat, add the vegetables and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the soy sauce, bean paste, sherry and noodles. Stir well to mix and heat through.
  • Pile on to a warmed serving dish and serve immediately.


  • 4 carrots, peeled 
  • 6 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 green chilies, deseeded 
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled 
  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 500 grams minced lean pork
  • 8 spring onions, sliced 
  • 2 small green pepper, cored, deseeded and sliced 
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons sweet red bean paste 
  • 2 tablespoon dry sherry 
  • 750 grams noodles, cooked
