Preparation Method :

  • Fry the onion, garlic and ginger in a wok until soft. Add the water chestnuts, soy sauce and fish sauce with ham, chicken and prawn tails.
  • Add the noodles, bean sprouts and corn. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Garnish with the lime wedges and shredded coriander. Serve immediately.


  • 225 grams cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 150 grams cooked ham, thickly sliced, cut into short fingers
  • 220 grams peeled, cooked shrimp tails
  • 150 grams bean sprouts
  • 220 grams canned baby corn, drained
  • 300 grams dried egg noodles, soaked cooked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 30 grams onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 inch piece fresh root ginger, grated
  • 45 grams canned water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 2 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce or chicken stock
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges and 1 small bunch fresh coriander, shredded, to garnish
