Preparation Method :

  • Cook the noodles in boiling, slightly salted water until soft. Strain and add the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  • Place the mixture in a lightly greased casserole and bake- in a preheated moderately hot oven for 20 minutes.


  • 250 grams whole meal noodles 
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 300 grams cottage cheese
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 50 grams margarine 
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 small onion, peeled and chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
