SESAME NOODLES

Cooking Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Season the Coleslaw, green onions and garlic cloves with rice vinegar.
  • Fry the chicken strips in the sesame oil with the fresh ginger and salt.
  • Boil the noodles in salty water.
  • Put the marinated coleslaw, green onions, garlic cloves and the chicken in a frying pan with a little bit of oil in it.
  • Add the boiled noodles, soya sauce and Stir well for 6 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams skin removed boneless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoon peeled fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • 800 grams coleslaw, chopped
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 200 grams noodles
