Preparation Method :

  • Cover the noodles with boiling water and leave to stand for 3 minutes or according to packet instructions. Drain well and keep warm.
  •  Heat the oil in a wok or large open frying pan, add the shallots and cook over a moderate heat for 10 minutes, without browning.
  • Add the coriander, cumin, pepper, turmeric, salt, chilli flakes and, lastly, the garlic. Squeeze over the lemon juice and stir in the shrimps.
  • Toss with the noodles and serve immediately.


  • 75 grams beancurd noodles       
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 shallots, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin           
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 250 grams tiny brown shrimps
