Preparation Method :

  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until tender but firm, about 10 minutes. Drain.
  • Transfer pasta to a warmed serving bowl and add oil, salt, pepper, lemon zest and juice, and half the parsley. Toss well to coat.
  • Using a vegetable peeler or cheese slicer, shave pecorino cheese into thin slices. Add all but 3 or 4 pieces to pasta and toss well. Garnish with remaining parsley and cheese. Serve hot. 


  • 500 grams linguine
  • 4 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • Grated zest of 2 lemon
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 25 grams finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 100 grams pecorino cheese
