Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Toss cubed pumpkin, rosemary and sage in oil. Tip onto a baking tray and roast until soft.
  • Cook the pasta and drain well.
  • In a frying pan, on a low flame, fry shallot.
  • Add soured cream, white wine and a large pinch each of salt and pepper.
  • Simmer until the liquid has reduced by half.
  • Add the pasta, roasted pumpkin, more sage and toss. Sprinkle over lemon zest and serve immediately.



  • 250 grams cubed pumpkin
  • ½ sprig of rosemary
  • A handful of sage
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 150 grams pasta
  • 1 chopped shallot
  • 2 tablespoon soured cream
  • 50 ml white wine
  • A large pinch each of salt and pepper
  • ½ tablespoon lemon zest
