Preparation Method :

  • Boil macaroni with turmeric powder, salt, cooking oil and required amount of water for 5 minutes. Drain water and keep aside.
  • In a frying pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds. Once it starts to splutter, add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste and saute till light brown.
  • Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, chopped green chili and red chili powder.
  • Add vegetables to it and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Once the vegetables are cooked well.
  • Add boiled macaroni to it and stir well. Turn off the heat.
  • Serve hot.


  • 500 grams Macaroni
  • 50 grams Green peas (boiled) 
  • 50 grams French beans (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 Carrots (chopped)
  • 1 Capsicum (red or green)
  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Water
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
