Preparation Method :

  • Remove all the meat from the lobster and cut it into chunks.
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the shallots and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and lemon juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes more.
  • Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of water to a boil.
  • Cook the spaghetti for 3-4 minutes if fresh 8 minutes if dried, or according to packet directions.
  • Add the lobster to the tomato sauce and stir, then reduce the heat and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta well. Add the sauce to the pasta with the chives.
  • Toss with 2 wooden spoons and serve immediately.


  • 1 kg cooked lobster, cut in half lengthwise
  • 8 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 4 shallots, chopped
  • 15 plum tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 300 grams spaghetti
  • Handful of chives, snipped
  • Salt and pepper
