Preparation Method :

  • The Tomato Sauce: Place the canned tomatoes, tomato puree and sugar in a pan and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Skin the fresh tomatoes by covering them with boiling water for 30 seconds and then draining them. The skin will peel off easily.
  • When the pasta is cooked, drain and divide between 3 serving bowls.
  • Divide the chopped fresh tomatoes between the serving bowls. Season the cooked tomato sauce.


  • 4 tomatoes, skinned, white core removed and chopped
  • 1 canned tomatoes, chopped
  • 345 grams pasta, cooked
  • 2 tablespoon tomato puree
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
