Makes :
5 Numbers of 12 inch Pizza

Preparation Method :

For Dough

  • In a small mixing bowl, add yeast and warm water and set it aside for 5 minutes.
  • Mix the flour, salt, sugar, water, olive oil and gluten on slowly in the mixing bowl for 2 minutes, then add the dissolved yeast into the mixture and keep it for another 8 minutes till the dough is smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough on the lightly oiled working table and divided the dough into small balls.

For Pizza Margherita

  • Roll out pizza dough weighing 200 grams until 12 to 13 inches in diameter.
  • Leaving one 1 inch on the sides apply tomato concasse.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Place the pizza in the oven and cook till the base is firm and the side nice and golden.
  • Remove from oven and place on the pizza board and slice into 8.
  • Place basil and oregano leaves on top.
  • Serve the Pizza Margherita with tomato sauce.



Classic Pizza Dough:

  • 1 kg Maida Flour
  • 20 Grams Yeast
  • 20 Grams Salt
  • 80 ml Olive Oil
  • 20 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 530 ml Water
  • 3 Grams Gluten
  • 5 Grams Sugar
  • 8 Grams Fresh Basil
  • 180 Grams Pizza Dough
  • 90 Grams Pizza Tomato Sauce
  • 140 Grams Pizza Cheese
