Preparation Method :

  • Pork Chops Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C/gas 6). Put the tomatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Roast for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the chives. Keep warm.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add the chops and sear for 1 minute on each side. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Mix the remaining oil, lemon zest and juice, mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Drizzle over the chops and season with salt and pepper. Bake until cooked through, 15 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Gremolata Mix the lemon zest, parsley, and garlic in a small bowl. Sprinkle the gremolata over the chops. Serve hot with the roasted tomatoes on the side.


Pork Chops

  • 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 5 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 small bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 6 pork loin chops, bone-in
  • Finely grated zest and freshly squeezed juice of 1 unwaxed lemon
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 4 unwaxed lemons
  • 50 grams finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
