PORK CUTLETS WITH MUSTARD CRUMB

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the flour and mustard powder in a small bowl. Coat the pork in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Dip into the beaten egg and coat in the bread crumbs.
  • Heat the oil in a large deep frying pan until very hot. Fry the pork in batches until golden, about 3 minutes each side. Serve the pork with the salad.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams all-purpose (plain) flour
  • 4 teaspoons dry mustard powder
  • 6 pork cutlets, cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 200 grams fine dry bread crumbs
  • 100 ml sesame oil
  • Green salad, to serve
