FRIED PORK WITH BABY CORN

Preparation Method :
- Mix the dry sherry and soy sauce with half of the cornflour. Add the pork and toss to coat well.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a wok and stir-fry the pork until it is lightly browned.
- Add the baby corn cobs with salt and stir-fry for about half a minute.
- Add the mangetout and mushrooms and stir-fry for a minute. Sprinkle in the sugar.
- Mix the remaining cornflour with the water to make a smooth thin paste and add it to the corn mixture.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce is thickened. Transfer to a warmed serving dish and serve immediately.

- 500 grams pork fillet, thinly sliced
- 450 grams 1 can straw mushrooms, drained
- 500 grams baby corn cobs
- 3 teaspoon dry sherry
- 2 teaspoons cornflour
- 3 teaspoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 50 grams mangetout
- 3 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
