Preparation Method :

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of butter with the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute until pale golden brown. Remove and discard the garlic.
  • Add the pork and season with salt and pepper. Cook until tender on one side, 2-3 minutes, then turn and cook the other side.
  • Remove the escalopes from the pan and set aside on a serving dish in a warm oven.
  • Add the Marsala, remaining 1 tablespoon of butter, and cornstarch to the pan and simmer over low heat until thickened. Pour the sauce over the pork and serve hot.


  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed but whole
  • 10 thin pork loin
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 150 ml dry Marsala wine
  • 2 teaspoon cornstarch
