Preparation Method :

  • Place the pork in a large bowl and stir in the bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, garlic, pine nuts, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the meatballs until golden brown all over, 10 minutes.
  • Place the cooked meatballs on a plate covered with paper towels to drain. Serve hot.


  • 750 grams ground (minced) pork
  • 150 grams fresh bread crumbs
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 grams pine nuts
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 150 ml sesame oil, for frying
