Preparation Method :

  • Peel and grate potatoes. Add ginger, onion and chili.
  • Beat the egg. Add to the potatoes. Add salt and white pepper.
  • Make a small balls and flatten it.
  • Preheat oil in a small frying pan over high heat.
  • Fry the flattened mixture for 3-4 minutes till golden brown.
  • Drain on absorbent paper.
  • serve hot with sauce.


  • 4 medium sized potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 4 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 chopped green chili 
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 200 ml peanut oil
