Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients together except the butter in a mixing bowl.
  • Divide mixture into 7-10 equal portions. Wrap each portion along the length of skewers leaving an inch gap in between. Roast for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove and baste with butter. Roast further for 5 minutes or until cooked.
  • Remove from skewers and serve with mint chutney.


  • 250 grams Potatoes, boiled, mashed
  • 10-12 Eggs, hard boiled, grated  
  • 1 teaspoon, Garam masala
  • ¼ teaspoon, Chaat masala
  • Red chilli powder and Salt, to taste
  • 1½" Ginger, finely chopped
  • Green chillies, to taste, chopped
  • 50 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon, Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon, Butter for basting
