TRADITIONAL ROAST POTATOES

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
1 hour

Preparation Method :

  • Cut potatoes into uniform sizes.
  • Cook potatoes in pan of boiling water 5 minutes.
  • Drain, cool on absorbent paper.
  • Combine potatoes, oil and butter in baking dish; mix well.
  • Sprinkle with salt; bake in hot oven for about 1 hour or until tender.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg potatoes, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 40 grams butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
