Preparation Method :

  • Remove mint leaves from the stems. Grind into a smooth paste.
  • Mix the mint paste to the curd.
  • Peel and chop potatoes. Transfer to a big bowl.
  • Add chickpeas, salt and chili powder.
  • Add yogurt and mix well.


  • A bunch of mint sprigs
  • 500 ml yogurt 
  • 4 boiled potatoes 
  • 400 grams boiled chickpeas
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
