POTATO AND RADISH CRUNCH

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Melt butter in a frying pan.
  • When sizzling, add diced bread and fry gently until golden.
  • Drain and set it aside.
  • Combine potato cubes, fried croutons, cucumber, radishes, peanuts and chives in a salad bowl.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Add sour cream and mix gently before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 550 grams potatoes, cooked, drained, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 500 grams red radishes, thinly sliced
  • 55 grams butter
  • 100 grams sour cream
  • 3 thick slices white bread, crusts removed, cut into ½ inch cubes and fried
  • 4 inch piece cucumber, cubed
  • 35 grams dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 bunch, snipped chives
  • Ground black pepper and salt to taste
