BAKED POTATOES WITH ONION AND CHICKEN TOPPING

Serves :

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Scrub potatoes well.
  • Pierce skin in several places with fork or skewer.
    Place potatoes onto oven shelves.
  • Bake in moderately hot oven about 1 hour or until tender.
  • Serve with topping of your choice.

Onion And Chicken Topping

  • Heat butter in pan, add onions and sugar.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally about 20 minutes or until onions are soft and browned.
  • Divide chicken between potatoes, top with onions.

  • 1.5 kg Old Potatoes

  • 50 grams butter
  • 500 grams onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 150 grams chopped cooked chicken
