Preparation Method :

  • Scrub potatoes well.
  • Pierce skin in several places with fork or skewer.
    Place potatoes onto oven shelves.
  • Bake in moderately hot oven about 1 hour or until tender.
  • Serve with topping of your choice.

Chorizo Sausage Topping

  • Cook sausage in dry pan about 3 minutes or until heated through; drain on absorbent paper.
  • Combine tomatoes, sugar and vinegar in small bowl; mix well.
  • Divide sausage and cheese spread between potatoes, top with tomato mixture.



  • 1.5 kg Old Potatoes

Chorizo Sausage Topping

  • 250 grams chorizo sausage, sliced
  • 425 grams can tomatoes, drained, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 80 grams packet garlic and herb cheese spread
