BAKED POTATOES WITH ONION AND GARLIC TOPPING

Serves :

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Scrub potatoes well.
  • Pierce skin in several places with fork or skewer.
  • Place potatoes onto oven shelves.
  • Bake in moderately hot oven about 1 hour or until tender.
  • Serve with topping of your choice.

Onion and Garlic Topping

  • Cut tops off potatoes, carefully scoop out most of the flesh with a spoon, leaving skin intact.
  • Combine hot potato with ingredients in bowl.
  •  Spoon mixture back into potato shells.

  • 1.5 kg Old Potatoes

  • 100 grams onion, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 50 grams grated tasty cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
