BAKED POTATOES WITH SMOKED SALMON TOPPING

Serves :

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Scrub potatoes well.
  • Pierce skin in several places with fork or skewer.
  • Place potatoes onto oven shelves.
  • Bake in moderately hot oven about 1 hour or until tender.
  • Serve with topping of your choice.

Smoked Salmon Topping

  • Combine cream, dill, juice and sugar in bowl; mix well.
  • Divide salmon between potatoes, top with cream mixture.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 kg Old Potatoes

Smoked Salmon Topping

  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 200 grams smoked salmon slices
