Preparation Method :

  • Preheat oil in a small frying pan over high heat.
  • Add onion and fry till they get transparent.
  • Add green peas and fry till they get tender.
  • Peel and mash the potatoes and add along with salt and pepper.
  • Fry for 5 minutes. Remove from fire.
  • Divide the potatoes into 4 equal portions.
  • Cut each bread slice into 2 triangular pieces.
  • Stuff each portion of potato between 2 triangular pieces of bread. Grill.


  • 4 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 200 grams green peas
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 8 bread slices
