Preparation Method :

  • Peel and mash the potatoes. Mash the fish.
  • Mix together potatoes, fish, cheese, green chilies, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. Divide into 6 equal portions.
  • Make  smooth cutlets in fish Shape.
  • Grill in a preheated oven till the cutlets turn golden brown on both the sides.


  • 6 boiled potatoes
  • 400 grams boiled fish (boneless)
  • 200 grams grated cheese
  • 6 chopped green chilies
  • 2 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 15 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
