POTATO KEBABS

Preparation Method :

  • Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Boil till they are half tender. Remove from fire. Drain water.
  • Cut cottage cheese and capsicums into equal sized cubes.
  • Mix together yogurt, gram flour, red chili powder, salt, ajwain and edible orange color.
  • Add to potatoes, cottage cheese and capsicums. Mix well and marinate for at least 45 minutes.
  • Arrange on 4 skewers and grill, basting with melted butter at least twice till they turn brown.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 medium sized potatoes 
  • 200 grams cottage cheese
  • 4 capsicums
  • 5 tablespoons yogurt 
  • 4 teaspoons gram flour
  • 2 teaspoon red chili powder 
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon ajwain
  • 4 drops edible orange color 
  • 15 teaspoons butter
