POTATO TIKKA

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Half boil. Remove from fire. Drain water.
  • Remove coriander leaves from the stem. Grind coriander leaves and green chilies into a smooth paste.
  • Add to the potatoes. Add salt and yogurt. Mix well.
  • Cook in a preheated oven till potatoes are done.
  • Cut onion into very thin roundels. Spread over the potatoes. Add lemon juice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large potatoes 
  • 2 bunch coriander leaves
  • 4 green chilies
  • Salt to taste 
  • 5 tablespoons yogurt 
  • 2 onions 
  • 1 lemon
  • Sesame Oil for frying

    what should i modify when i make this recipy on fried pen..coz i tried it bt akl the gravi was on friedpan oil ..not in the potatos
