Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in pan, add onion, zucchini, ginger and chili sauce stirring until onion is soft.
  • Transfer onion mixture to a large bowl, stir in Sweet potatoes, coriander, eggs, flour and Sesame seeds.
  • Just before serving, deep-fry tablespoons of mixture in hot oil until browned and cooked through; drain on absorbent paper.
  • Serve warm fritters with chili coriander yogurt. Serve immediately.

Chili Coriander Yogurt:

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl.



  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 100 grams onion, chopped
  • 150 grams zucchini, grated
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 ½ teaspoons mild sweet chili sauce
  • 500 grams Sweet potatoes, peeled, grated
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 50 grams plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Peanut oil for deep-frying

Chili Coriander Yogurt

  • 150 ml plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 teaspoons mild sweet chili sauce
