Preparation Method :

  • Cut mock duck into even-sized 2 - 3 cm pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and shallots and stir fry 1 minute.
  • Add soy sauce, sherry and honey, simmer 2 minutes.
  • Add vegetarian duck pieces and simmer 15 minutes.
  • Thicken with blended corn flour and stock.
  • serve hot.


  • 350 grams can vegetarian mock duck
  • 4 teaspoons Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 4 shallots, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons corn flour blended 
  • 4 teaspoons stock
