Preparation Method :

  • Heat a wok, Put the duck into the wok to warm it through and then add all the remaining ingredients, stir and turn them thoroughly for about 3 - 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the lettuce leaves and mint on one side of a serving dish and place the warm duck salad beside them.


  • 500 grams ready-cooked roast duck, skinned
  • 2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
  • ½ red onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup coriander leaves, stalks and roots, finely chopped
  • ½ tomato, cut into quarters
  • 4 - 6 small green chillies, thinly sliced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon palm sugar
  • Mint and Lettuce leaves, to serve
