Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add mushrooms, five spice powder and soy sauce. Simmer 1 minute.
  • Add mock duck and continue cooking 10 - 15 minutes, covered.
  • Serve hot over stir-fried Chinese cabbage.


  • 4 teaspoons Cooking oil
  • 200 gram fresh mushrooms, cut 1 cm slices
  • Pinch five spice powder
  • 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • 350 gram canned vegetarian mock duck
