For those who are fond of eating meat dishes, the Poultry Fracasse recipe would be the best option for you. You will surely love this recipe because it is not just taste meaty but it also offers a veggies-taste-like which you can surely enjoy.

Preparation Method :

  • Cut 4 pieces of chicken (2 wing + breasts, 2 legs). Melt 50 grams butter in your pressure cooker and turn the chicken in it without browning for 5 minutes Sprinkle with flour and mix well. Add the poultry broth. Season with salt, pepper and spices.
  • Close and cook for 15 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing. After cooking, remove the chicken pieces and keep them warm.
  • Beat two egg yolks and combine with cream. Pour into the sauce. Do not boil. Add the mushrooms cooked in the remaining 25 grams of butter and the chicken. Simmer for 5 minutes and place on a warm platter.
  • Serve Immediately.


  • 1.2 kg chicken 
  • 75 grams butter 
  • 25 grams flour 
  • ¾ litre poultry broth 
  • 150 grams champignon (meadow) mushrooms 
  • 2 egg yolks
