Preparation Method :

  • Gently try the onion in the oil for 5 minutes. Stir m the curry powder and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the turkey pieces and cook until browned.
  • Stir in the chicken stock and lime juice and simmer for about 30 minutes until the turkey is tender. Skim off any fat.
  • If necessary, thicken with the corn flour mixed with a little of the liquid.
  • Serve with plain boiled rice as an accompaniment.


  • 200 grams onions, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 750 grams turkey pieces
  • 750 ml chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons corn flou
